So suggests Michael's brother Jermaine , who says that Dr. Conrad Murray should be arrested like any other suspected criminal. "I think he should be cuffed, he should be fingerprinted, he should have his mug shot just like they did my brother," Jermaine Jackson told Entertainment Tonight . When this whole process finally gets under way, that is.

In the wake of news that Dr. Conrad Murray is expected to be charged with involuntary manslaughter charges on Monday, ET's Mary Hart is exclusively with Michael Jackson 's brother, Jermaine Jackson , who gets emotional when talking about the impending case.  

Jermaine Jackson speaks out about the charges that Dr. Conrad Murray is reportedly anticipating related to the death of Michael Jackson.
