Joe Jackson, who was not named in his son's will, is petitioning for the estate to pay him a monthly allowance. The amount he is asking for is not yet known. The pop star left his money to his mother Katherine and his three children.  

A British law firm, Atkins Thomson Solicitors, is asking for the $209,204.36 it is owed by MJ's estate for work involving the "sale of Neverland."
